NIFT-TEA campus life accommodates a prolific range of co-curricular activities as part of its daily routine. Apart from ensuring the physical well being of students, it is also essentially a way of life for NIFT-TEA-ians and helps them come together on numerous occasions in a spirit of healthy rivalry and true sportsmanship. Whether it is a casual face-off between friends, intra-college championships or inter-college tournaments organized, students of NIFT-TEA have proved their worth in the field of sports time and again.
The Department of Physical Education and sports regularly organizes training camps and courses and is well equipped with appropriate facilities.

The men's cricket team of our college secured the Gold Medal in the District Level CM Trophy.
The women's ball badminton team of our college secured the Gold Medal in the District Level CM Trophy.

S. Harishwaran of II AMM participated in the All India Inter University Kickboxing Tournament held at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Uttar Pradesh.
S. Bharath and Pranesh of BBA IB won Gold Medals in the Bharathiar University Inter-Collegiate Karate Tournament held at Nehru Arts & Science College, Coimbatore. Our college won the overall championship.
V. Kameshwaran of III AMM won the Gold Medal in the District Level CM Trophy 50m Freestyle Swimming Competition.
Monika P. of III B.Sc AFD won a Gold Medal in the International Level Silambam Tournament held at Goa.
