Introduction

Anti Ragging Committee has been constituted in the year 2015 – 2016. The committee ensures strict measures to prevent ragging and promote healthy interpersonal relations among students at NIFT-TEA College of Knitwear Fashion, Tiruppur. Ragging is strictly prohibited inside and outside the campus. All students must follow rules, regulations, guidelines, and code of conduct related to anti-ragging.

Objective

Functions of Committee

• Prevent physical or mental harassment or any form of student abuse
• Conduct awareness programs and workshops against ragging
• Build self-esteem and dignity among junior students
• Ensure anti-ragging undertakings are obtained from students
• Take preventive measures inside campus and hostel areas
• Investigate complaints and recommend disciplinary action
• Maintain a disciplined and safe campus environment
